Zone Alarm says the Bios Agent plus is MALWARE

I just tried to use the free scan on bios agent.
the normal scan found no problems HOWEVER the heurestic scan claimed malware and gave teh following details.

“This program silenlty adds executables under window files so it can diguise itself as a normal proram”

This quote is not exact, but close enough to give you the idea

CAN THIS BE RIGHT???

Here is just one of the negative reviews about this app. I would definitely stay away from this one.
