Yahoo won’t SEND emails

My husband’s Yahoo account will receive emails but won’t SEND any; all sent emails end up in the Draft box and won’t go anywhere else. It doesn’t matter what computer he’s on. My account works just fine, but he can’t send through his account on my computer either. He spent about 2 hours on the phone with 3 different people at Yahoo, to no avail. It seems to be only the Send function and only on his account. Does anyone have any suggestions for him?

What version of Windows are you using? Windows 7 or Windows 10?

How do you access your email? Are you using a program or do you access it through a browser? In other words, what does the icon look like when you click to get you email?
