• wrong dictionary (outlook express version 6)

    My default dictionary is coming up as French, all of my other windows settings are English. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook express app but still comes up as French and will not allow me to change it. anyone ‘s help on this would be greatly appreciated. confused3
