    Would someone tell me how to use the keyboard to shift the focus to the worksheet tabs in order to rename? I have searced for two days and read threads until my eyes crossed. Lots of “click on” hints but no keyboard tips. I know this is trivial but it is bugging me.

      They really seem to have hidden this in the menus, but the menu path is Format –> Sheet –> Rename, so you can do Alt-O to open the Format menu, then just type h, then r.
