    Periodically one of our accounting folks send an excel spreadsheet as an attachment to an email. Several people receive it–we are all using Excel 2000. Most of us can open it fine, but some folks click on the excel icon and the excel program opens, but they can’t see the spreadsheet. If they change the view to full screen they can see it. Any ideas why eeryone can see it when the open it? Thanks

      Do the people who can’t see it initially have a different screen resolution than those who can?

          If the End Users don’t like Full Screen, they can also try Windows|Arrange on the Main Menu Bar. HTH
