I’ve created a form using bookmarks and cross-references to transfer repeated information to other parts of the form. The problem I’m having is with the font/paragraph formatting. Some of the data being entered is used in a heading type font at the beginning of the form and is then repeated in several other places in the body type format. If I have the user enter the data in the heading position it transfers in large font to the remaining fields. Is there any way to protect the font settings in each section? hairout

If you display the field codes you will probably see that your cross-references include * MERGEFORMAT. Try changing this to * CHARFORMAT and formatting the field code itself to the format you want.
