Anyone had a problem with Word 2002’s track changes. if you turn the Web balloons off the document prints out in tiny text with a massive right hand margin.

Microsoft acknowledged this as a fault earlier on this year under KB article 325527 but its proving near impossible to obtain the fix for it. I can’t understand why the’ll acknowledge the fault but then be so reluctant to provide the fix.

Anyone seen a solution or have any ideas?

Same problem; however, I did contact Microsoft using the online support: https://webresponse.one.microsoft.com/OAS/P…istedIntro.aspx%5B/url%5D
and they did send me the hotfix…you may want to try yourself! I would send but it requires a password and expires after 7 days… good luck… trish
