I’ve just upgraded a computer from Win98 to Win2000 SP2. Streaming audio works fine when logged in as administrator. Streaming audo does not work when logged in as any other user (power users group). I have changed the permissions on the following folders to Full Control for the user in question: C:WindowsTemp, C:WindowsTemporary Internet Files, C:Program FilesInternet Explorer, C:Program FilesWindows Media Player. None of these changed fixed the problem.

Searched Windows Help and MSKB with no luck.

Have I missed something? Where can I find a URL with a fix?

If you’re willing to teach I’m willing to learn. And of course any help or suggestions are appreciated.
