On Display settings, I have a choice of
16 colors
256 Colors
High colors (16 Bit)
True colors (32 Bit)

Which one do I use?
I have a 800 Mhz Athlon
16 MB NVIDIA TNT2 Graphics

I’d use 16 bit – you can’t see much difference between that and 32 bit color, and it would only make a difference for high end photo or video editing. 32 bit will also slow down the system because anything the GPU doesn’t handle itself gets passed off onto the mainh processor.

16 colors? Ouch! That’s Windows 3.1!! 256? Not in this day and age….
