Hi What is going with windows updates lately ? They send out all these patches for windows 7 users and blindly think we are going to install them all and then don’t say what they are for. I am still having problems with installing updates from a month ago namely KB 3004375, KB 3031432 and KB 3021952 for IE 11. They install and show as installed on windows update but on control panel they dont show as installed updates and when you run windows disk cleanup they are removed or something and keep reappearing. I have read many forums on this and with no clearcut solution. People get into things like having to clear the windows installed file and then re downloading them and then reinstalling the data to windows updates installed. Its quite confusing and as a rule I dont go into changing the registry.
Anyone have a soultion for this or is Microsoft “still investigating” this problem
Im on a windows 7 Home Premium Os.
    Thanks for any help

When I ran Disk Cleanup as an admin following last month’s updates, I got a couple back to reinstall so I just reinstalled them and left it at that.

Ran the troubleshooter and just ran the 3 updates which said successful however kb 3004375 and 3031432 did not show under view installed updates when you go into control panel and view them there. And it took a total of about 2 minutes for them to pop up again under windows update. What a joke. Going to hide them and let the chips fall where they may. Its a nuisance.
