Definately superior OS, but maybe you are not the target customer..

Yes, I agree Windows 14 should be superior – if it retains the Win7 base.

But if “Windows for teens” is being installed, then maybe during install Microsoft is downgrading the initial Win7 OS to a Windows 10 build?

Better have your friend run winver to check…
