Win10 apparently does not remember the size, location, and view settings, of open windows. Apparently.
That begs the question: do you use a Windows mangager, such as the ones from Stardoc.com?

It does, at least it does for me. But there may be a few older programs where that may not work as well.

Does Explorer not open back up to the same size and location for you?

Win10 Home or Pro? Clean install or upgraded from Win7 or Win8?

Same as Graham for me, both 1511 and after AU. I can’t think of a software I’ve used which doesn’t resume its previous size and location.

IE has a setting which varies what tabs it opens with–last session’s tabs, or just your home tab or tab group. Other browsers may have a similar setting.
