I have made a shortcut to my desktop and modified the target so that it always goes to my c:drive when I click on the shortctut. For instance, in my target on the properties, I have C:WINDOWSEXPLORER.EXE /N,/E,/SELECT,C:MY DOCUMENTS.
Someone else told me how to do this. My question is, what do the /n and /e switches do? Are there other switches I could use? How can it get it to not only go to My Documents, but open that folder so the contents are displayed? Right now it selects it, but doesn’t open it.

Q130510 Command-Line Switches for Windows Explorer

Although it states it applies to W95 and NT4, it appears to be the ‘latest’ issue and is applicable to W98 + W2K.
