In Windows Explorer I have under View the Explorer Bar option ticked. Over on the left I have a section called Address and one Links. However no matter what I’ve tried I can’t seem to drag them to open them up.

Any ideas?? Thanks in anticipation

Sounds like your toolbars are locked – if you right click on an empty area of any of the toolbars, you should see an option “lock toolbars” Click on it to remove the check mark beside it and you should then be able to adjust your explorer bar to your heart’s content.
