For the life of me I can’t imagine what all they would include other than an almost entirely new OS for that size. I also heard erroneously however that the update would be available through the Windows Store. That apparently has been debunked. I think I will take the size with a little grain of salt though.

Some users cannot download 3GB. They will need to be able to get a DVD with the upgrade on it, or they will not be willing to upgrade.

I have to question the accuracy of this article – it states that a Microsoft rep has posted in EightForums
