Windows 8.1 is working however I notice the following after the October patch:
It modified my Printer Preferences: Paper size changed to A4 from Letter
My mouse double-click speed up so I slowed down Mouse -> Button -> Double-click speed (this also happen during one of the summer Windows 10 – 20H2 Patches as well).
The November 2021 Patch does not seem to have re-introduced these problems whereas it kept coming back in the Windows 10 patches for at least a few months.
