Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I don’t know what BBCodes are, or where to “format your content”.

BBCodes and where to “format your content” have nothing to do with your question. They are used in website coding on AskWoody.

Copy and paste the command into an Elevated (Run as Administrator) Command Prompt.

The question was how to create a “shortcut” to drive C so, instead of pasting it into an elevated command prompt, they need to past it into the Browse box when creating the new shortcut so it’s properties look like this when finished.

      Disk_C_Shortcut

FYI, the /n, c: switch tells Explorer to open a new single-pane window focused on drive C:.

Note: c: can be replaced with any drive letter and/or folder location if you want to create a shortcut to it but bear in mind, if the folder name has blank spaces in it (like Program Files), the path must have quotes around it like this /n, “c:\Program Files” or it won’t work.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
