      Can you give us some sense of the degree of decline?  E.g., is it more on the order, of say 20% fewer requests than you had at this time last year; 50%; or 80%?  Also, do you know of any who moved to 0patch?  That’s what I did with one of my three Windows 7 machines, while again buying a Microsoft ESU from Harbor for the other two (which are used a good deal more).  Even though I don’t relish moving to Win10, I suspect that’s what I’ll end up doing with all three machines later in ’21. Thanks

      Corporates will be “upgrading” though, of course.
