I’m looking to image a dozen Windows 11 pro desktops from a golden image. With the following steps:
- Fresh install of Windows 11 PRO 24H2 with Rufus – local account enabled.
- Create Golden Image or reference machine, patch, install all apps.
- Sysprep this machine w/ generalize and shutdown
- Take an image of this with Clonezilla
- Deploy Golden Image on clones w/ Clonezilla
My question is:
Since I sysprep this golden image I will need to re-disable Window online account again right?
Any pointers on bypassing the Microsoft online account requirement so I can easily add these to a domain?
I have not tried this option yet but looks it promising…
