To save everyone the time I wasted, there are several icons available in Windows 10 (imagers.dll, shell32.dll) which are missing from those same files in Windows 11. (No they are not buried in any of the (10+?) older “dll” files – I searched carefully.) I have sent an email to Bill asking why. I will report back.
An example? The yellow file folder with a “down arrow” which I find signifies “Download” nicely.
See my next rant regarding how to trick Windows 11 into letting you put certain Icons/Shortcuts on the taskbar.
