I’ve installed the Creator’s update and verified 11.0.40 as my IE version but am not seeing this regression.  Checked dashboards, sub-grids, and sidebars.

I wonder if the previous hot-fix stuck through the creator’s update?  It is not showing up in the Control Panel – Programs – Installed Updates.  But, that list may have been cleared by this update as it looks to be lacking.
