      seems like MS officially released build 19044.1806 to non-insiders this Tue. Jun. 28 as KB5014666:

        It is still listed as a preview in the KB article. That means you’d likely have to check for updates and install an optional update. Most people should avoid optional updates unless they are having one of the problems specifically fixed in this release.
