Win7 Pro current Update throws 80092004

I normally run previous month’s critical updates just before update Tuesday.

2019-08 monthly quality rollup threw 80092004. : googled and found:

says KB4474419 and/or KB4490628 are missing. For me, KB4474419 had just been put on so I manually did KB4490628 and then re-ran the update which then went fine.
