Microsoft has an announcement about the release 14383.0.rs1_release.160701-1839. I’m downloading it now. Zac Bowden (who knows such things) says that

No need to take his word for it though, as the blog itself says that we’re not really all that close: “But we’re not finished yet and will have more builds to release to Windows Insiders between now and [Aug 2].”

Probably not news and probably expected (except by me), but I noticed with this build that the “Do not include drivers with Windows Updates” policy, which is defined as “Enable this policy to not include drivers with Windows quality updates,” does NOT withstand a build-to-build update despite it coming from WU. My video driver was updated anyway.
