That’s 1607 not 1703 I think.

It’s getting onerous, with 11 versions of Windows currently being patched — 14 if you count the Server versions separately, and 15 if you add Win10 S.

The whole situation has become untenable.

So, is 4051033 is addition to 4048953.  I’ve got 4048953 from Update Catalog waiting for Defcon 3+.

KB 4051033 supersedes KB 4048953. Apply only KB 4051033 when you get ready to apply November updates after we reach MS Def-con 3. It is for WIN 10 1607. The place where you have marked WIN 10 1703 is a typo … happens to the best of us.
