If your Windows ME Help “went south” after running Easy Cleaner, as mine did, a fix is available at
http://www.dougknox.com/%5B/url%5D, MVP. Click on “Windows ME,” then “Fix Windows Millenium Help,” and download fixwinmehelp.vbs. Although a manual fix is available, this file will automatically fix the registry.
