On this 1st Mon of Nov what to my wondrous eyes should appear in Win Updates window but 2 new updates:  KB4459922 for .Net and KB3150513  !!!  Is MS getting a head start on the Nov “series” of updates?  Both are checked as Important.

KB3150513 is the updater for the telemetry patch KB2952664. The latter (or its functionality) was included in the 2018-10 Monthly Rollup KB4462923 which you probably have installed. KB2952664 is no longer a separate patch. but the updater is. You can safely hide it if you don’t want to encourage the telemetry.

KB4459922 is the 2018-10 .Oct NET Rollup. MS has been checking and unchecking, and rechecking patches this month. If it’s checked it should be OK to install.
