I can’t tell you precisely which driver it is, but usually, if you tap Escape and then choose Browse, once (s)he enters the File Open dialogue it will specify which file it is looking for. The only problem is that it is likely that that it will be looking for more than one file. Is this something that could be solved by copying over files from a laptop installation?

hello Hi and thank you for responding. Its a situation where he purchased the machine from the company, a few months later left. It was loaded by a network computer with the 2000 O/S, so I am totally in the dark relating to a solution. I am guessing there is no way around him not having the O/S disc. It is not easy to locate one either, particularly since most people I know including myself are running XP now. I have been searching the web and MS pages, but unable to find an answer so far. Thank you for trying to help, thought I would post the question here as it is out of my league. smile
