    I tried to download the Win 11 ISO .exe to a flash drive. The download would not finish.

      Richard,

      The file should have an extension of .iso not .exe.

      What size USB where you using? I’d recommend a minimum of 8GB just to be safe, 16GB would be even better.

      Download from where?
      If it is the internet, download to your hard disk and then copy to USB.

      Also, how is the USB drive formatted? If it is FAT32, files over 4Gig will be rejected. The USB drive has to be formatted either exFAT or NTFS.
