From time to time, I install a program to test it out and see if I like it or not. Unfortunately, some programs install fonts which don’t get removed if the program is uninstalled. I’ve got 114 fonts on my computer. Granted, they don’t take up that much disk space, but it does make a font list rather cluttered.

I was wondering if there was a way to determine what program installed what font? Baring that, I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on the best way to organize fonts to make them easy to delete?

      What OS are you using?

114 isn’t a lot. For example, on my main Windows 7 workhorse I have 188 fonts installed but many are ‘hidden’, i.e. show as semi-opaque in the Fonts dialog:

Windows 10. I think I found the solution.
      –Change to Details list
      –Sort by “Designed For”
      –Change to Large Font list
–Select and Hide fonts you don’t wish to see

Yes, 114 isn’t a lot but I rarely use more than a dozen fonts (if that many), and a lot of these fonts are so alike that I makes little sense to keep them.
