What is this Unwanted Text To Speech Widget in Chrome?

This widget appears when browsing with Chrome. If I right click on it and choose “inspect” it is identified as “notranslate player” I do not know how I acquired this “player”, but can anyone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?

I haven’t seen that before and a reverse image search didn’t turn up any matches. I was wondering if that’s a hamburger menu at the top (the 3 horizontal lines), and if clicking that would give more info?

The widget is the Speechify extension for Chrome. I uninstalled it and the text-to-speech widget has not reappeared.
