My Windows 10 security settings blocks Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.SubAgent.exe from accessing protected folders like \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 and \Device\CdRom0.

What is Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.SubAgent.exe and should I allow access?

      Do you have a Dell?

According to the Moderator (who works for Dell) on the Dell Community for Dell SupportAssist:

“Dell TechHub replaces Dell Hardware Scan service and is needed to run the Hardware Scan panel”

I have an application error from Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.UserProcess.exe.

Can’t get rid of the window and I really do not want to grant access from an unknown Dell Tech.  Suggestion?  Who can I call about removing the software?
