      Here’s my list:

      Some are self explanatory.

      FireFTP great little FTP program I can access in a FF-Tab.
      GreasMonkey, I only have this loaded for the Facebook Fixer script it runs makes FB easire to use especially by blowing up pictures just by rolling cursor over them.
      Noia spiff up the UI especially for these old eyes makes things easier to see.
      Nuke Anything lets me remove elements from a web page for printing…saves ink!

      May the Forces of good computing be with you!

      Hi, Brad-

      Great question! I’m looking forward to all of the replies in hopes of finding some great add-ons that I don’t know about yet.

      Here are a few extensions that I really enjoy having:

      1) LastPass password manager. I’ve been using it for nearly a year. Simple to use and seems to be quite secure. Much better than all of those little hidden pieces of paper with passwords scribbled on them that you can never seem to find, or remember which site each one was for.

      2) ImageZoom. Adds image view zooming to the right click menu.

      3) Ghostery. Allows blocking of third party web tracking bugs.

      4) BetterPrivacy. Protects against “super cookies”.

      5) Web2PDF converter. Creates a .pdf document out of any web page. I use this often to save great tech and geek tips and tricks found on the web to a documents folder for future reference.

      I see you have four Java consoles in your list of extensions. I found this http://blog.ffextensionguru.com/2010/04/24/uninstalling-java-console-addon/ gave advice on removal and it worked.

      Some extensions I find useful.

      IE Tab allows me to access some sites that do not work well with Firefox. Here is an example – http://www.climatedata.info/ – where in Firefox the Site index is almost inaccessible and when clicked the result is compressed into a very narrow column

      Reminderfox. A very useful calendar and reminder.

      My must haves:

      * AdBlock Plus
      * No Script
      (without the above 2, web browsing is excruciatingly painful)
      * Download Them All – handy for grabbing large set of files from a site, I use it to keep my sysinternals tools folder up-to-date
      * Web Developer – must have if you do any web development, but I have also found it handy to easily locate anchors within web pages to, for example, give someone a URL to a specific forum post
      * Download Helper – must have for downloading videos
      * ColorZilla – eye dropper tool to get color values, great if you do any web development or graphics editing
      * Better Privacy – gets rid of Flash cookies (aka LSO or super cookies)

      I occasionally have other miscellaneous addons but these are the minimum for when I set up a new machine.
