What changes (2002 SP3)

Hi folks.

Every time I open the attached workbook, it appears to register that something has changed as when I go to close it it asks me if I wish to save my changes.

I have stripped it down to the bare minimumof pages and data. Can anyone point me to why it thinks a cange has been made?

Cal_Rel is a dynamic named range. Each time you open the workbook, Excel checks if the named range is used – it is, in the formula in Sheet3!A1 – and if so, updates the range. This counts as a modification of the workbook.
