I have to copy many addresses from a web page into a table. I have to write down each address separately and there are hundreds of them.Is there any tool with which to convert the addresses into the table and thus save the efforts ?

Cant do anything about this as i have too much work on.
If you can get the source into a file and process the file to put the links into a table.

Jefferson has the answers to this.

Can’t you copy and paste the entire list?
If you can’t paste directly into the Access table, you may be able to paste into Excel, then import the Excel table into Access.

So you need many addresses from many web pages (the page you referred to mentions “915 results on 92 pages”).
You’ll need someone who knows how to read and manipulate web pages in code to help you – let’s see what Patt says tomorrow.

I’m afraid we’re not able to help you with this (the Jefferson mentioned by Patt is not available at the moment). Perhaps you could contact the firm that publishes the Business Catalogue and ask if they have the data available in a text file, spreadsheet or database. That would enable to to import the addresses directly.
