Weather app Live Tile problem

Hello,

I have recently noticed that my live weather tile displays temperature in Fahrenheit instead of celsius. Opening the app shows the weather in Celsius, resetting the app does nothing. It seems as only the live tile pinned to my start menu is affected, just like it was getting it’s data from another source. So far nothing helped, removing the tile, resetting the entire app, changing location, changing to Fahrenheit, pinning it to start menu, then changing back to Celsius etc.
Anybody else has this issue? Google is of no help, it only shows me how I can change the setting in the main app which works fine.

Look at the bottom left of that screen for the gear symbol on the vertical menu strip. Click it you should find an option to switch between C and F degs.

As I stated in the original post, changing that option does nothing to the live tile. it only affects the main app. Nothing I do affects the tile, it’s like there are 2 weather apps but only 1, that I cannot access and change the options in, is connected to the tile.

I have the same issue, but the other way around.

My live weather tile recently started displaying temperature in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Opening the app shows the weather in Fahrenheit.

Tried the same troubleshooting without success.

Ah those appeared after I’ve already done my search and found nothing. Good to see I’m not the only one. We’ll have to wait for a solution then.

I manage several Windows-10-based systems, two personal machines and six business machines.  They all have the same kind of Live-Tile problem you found – won’t display Celsius, no matter what I set or change on the machine.  I first noticed this four days ago.  No response from Microsoft so far.  I imagine it isn’t sufficiently significant to them.

OK, I noticed the problem fixed itself. It’s not connected to the updates as I updated more than a week ago and the problem persisted until today (possibly yesterday). Not sure what happened but there you go.
