    Any one know of a way to get a count of the number of members of a Distribution List in Outlook 2003? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      You can use VBA for this. For example

      Debug.Print Session.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderContacts).Items(“MyFriends”).MemberCount
