Visual Studio 2005 fails to install on a new laptop (vista) with Office 2007 professional. the install fails, “Office 2003 Required”

Office 2007 is missing something for VSTO to work properly? I would prefer not to have to install two versions of Office on this new machine. Thanks in advance!
