I have just changed from a dial-up connection to DSL and am still having trouble with the install. But before I get too into my major problems I thought that I would cover an easy one first. Windows keeps asking me to install Visual Basic Scripting Support. I could choose a CD, but I do not have one. So then I choose the Internet and it immediately tells me that I cannot download now, try later. Windows Update is not working on this machine either. We get to the Update site and it tells me that it is checking my pc, and then never moves over 0% (I have waited for 45 minutes and no change). Any ideas where I can go to get this?

Here’s an article on IE 5.5 that says installation of Visual Basic Scripting Support is part of IE 5.5.
