Is there a way to set outlook to list the individuals in the distribution lists in the “to” field (rather than just list the distribution list name) so that you can preview the entire list of people within the distribution lists before sending?

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

AskWoody LoungerMarch 7, 2002 at 3:14 pm #574920It pulls up the distribution list that I can view, but sometimes I send e-mails on behalf of someone and he needs to check the list of recipients before it is sent. The easiest way to do this is to print the email before sending so he can check the hard copy list, which of course only lists the distribution name instead of the recipient names- unless you have a better idea for this process??

It would mean having to manually enter all the recipients once. But only once!
