I installed an creative 3D Blaster RIVA TNT2, I need to go to BIOS and disable the on board video card, I can get to the Bios, but don’t know how or “WHAT” to turn off, can somebody please help me , before I KILL this poor thing?

I can’t help with fiddling with the BIOS, but before you do anything that drastic, try: Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Adapter > Change. Assuming that you know where the drivers for your new card are (on a cd-rom, I assume), then specify the location and install. That should sort you out.
