I have a user who posed the following problem to me, My first guess is a corrupt copy of Office and that it needs to be repaired or reinstalled, but what do you experts say about this.

Her Issue: My co-worker used to open up all our templates just fine, but one day the header/footer stopped displaying when he opes any word document (the header/footer contains our department logo, phone numbers, etc). The header/footer can be viewed, but each time he opens a document he has to unlock the template, go to View, Header/Footer. I tried re-saving this view as the default, but as soon as he closes the document, the header/footer disappears. No one else that I’m aware of has this problem, so I’m pretty sure it’s the settings on his computer. Do you know of a setting to keep the header footer view active?

So what do you think what do we need to do to solve the problem. As is the case every time–I appreciate you!
