VBA Help files missing? (AXP 10.2627.2625)

I just installed OXP. I did not uninstall previous editions (2K) of word, excel, access, and powerpoint.

When i try to access VBA help, it aint there. I’m going to try a reinstall/repair or whatever.

Anyone else have a similar eXPerience? Whadja do to fix it?

There have been several other threads dealing with problems when you try to run a PC with both 2000 and XP installed – I suspect that’s the cause of your problems. Try repairing your XP install first and then make sure it installed the VBA help. If it doesn’t try to do a manual install – the first install I did of XP didn’t have the correct VBA help files so I had to reinstall the help.

My advice would be to run XP on a separate machine if you can swing it.

Repair seems to have worked, altho it seems absurd to have to repair a brand new installation.
