• VB 5 error 5003

    I have been unable to find any documentation for our old VB 5, which was used to create a small application for distribution of other software on a CDRom. It has been tested in the field, and one machine reports “Error 5003”, which means nothing to me. Anybody know what it is?

      kris,
      Any chance it is Error 50003 and not 5003, I’ve seen the 50003 before, but not of my resources shows any 5003 with VB. If it is 50003, it is usually related to outdated or incompatible OCX’s or DLL’s. If you have more info about how your app works, we might be able to narrow it down.
