We use a shared folder for all our company contacts and link duplicate contacts for one company using the contacts button. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to make this as simple as possible to ensure that all do it. For instance is there any way to do the following:
Always make the file as field show first last name when changing the contact name or adding when the field is blank.
Make it default to our shared folder when pressing the contacts button
Use drag and drop to add contacts to the contacts field
Any of your thoughts/ideas much appreciated!
