      That’s right.
      They are built-in groups.
      Admins group have administration rights, so look out who you make member of it.
      Users group is a group that any user is member of. So, if you forgot to make a user member of a group, he will be member of Users and will be allow to log in in the database. For maximal security, give the users group no rights on every objects.
