User Defined Fields (Outlook 2000 SR1)

I’ve created a custom form with user defined fields. Everything displays just fine. The use is a type of contact manager. My question is: I want to track an end-users email address. In the right-upper pane where you view the fields, I want to not only see the email address field, I’d like it to be a clickable link to start an email. Is this possible? Thanks in advance to those that help!!
