Here is a link for US Income tax forms in Excel.

I am looking for a similar Excel spreadsheet for the IRS form 1065 (Partnership return). Anyone have one?

I don’t think you will find this. Form 1065 is for Partnership tax reporting. Partnerships do not pay tax. The 1065, Schedule K and Schedule K-1 are all information reporting Forms that break out Items of income, expense, and credits that are then reported by the Partner’s on their own individual returns.

The real driver of the reporting is Partnership Agreement and Partnership Tax Law. Both Excel and Tax Reporting Software are used by Tax Professional’s to generate the 1065 and K-1’s. Excel is extensively used for supporting workpapers and documentation. But these type of workpapers tend to be very specific and don’t adapt well to a General Application like the one for 1040’s.
