Upgrade from Outlook 2003 to latest version without buying entire MS Office set?

I still use Outlook 2003 as well as Excel 2002 and Word 2002. I don’t like the newer versions. But I have many problems using OL 2003 in Win7. I don’t want to buy the whole Office set in order to get OL 2010 or later….. is there a way to just get OL?

Enter Outlook 2013 (or Outlook 2010, etc.) in a Google search box then click on the Shopping filter to get the results for standalone Outlook packages for your country:
