– Improved display for compatibility XP / Vista /Windows 7
– New large icon for Vista /Windows 7 (256×256)
– Tool Palette larger with more brushes
– Best compatibility when opening PNG
– Explorer image appears between the sidebars not truncate the toolbox
– Accepts pasting WMF and EMF
– Strobe selection more fluid
– INI file stored in% Local AppData% (write access to Windows Vista and 7)
– Some bug fixes

Thanks. Photofiltre is one of my favorite image editing applications.

FYI – there is also a PRO version of this software for those that need even more functions.

Re Photofiltre 6.4 (free for personal use)
The news page of the site says:

The setup installer includes now the Ask Toolbar for Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Uncheck the option when running the installer if you don’t want to install it.
PhotoFiltre and the Ask Toolbar can be uninstalled separately.
